Angelique launched her first consulting firm in 2006, achieving regional, national, and international awards for its corporate-facing services. In 2010, she founded BoldHaus, growing it into one of the top 2% of women-owned businesses in the U.S. within just three years. Under her leadership, BoldHaus’ training content and strategies have been utilized by more than 15,000 small and diverse business owners from across 72 countries.

In addition, BoldHaus’ small business owner clients have have worked with organizations of all types and sizes across more than 114 countries, including corporations, government agencies, academic institutions, nonprofits, and more.

Angelique also served as Uber’s inaugural official entrepreneur mentor and was honored as an Enterprising Woman of the Year by Enterprising Women Magazine. She was invited to be a 2026 Global Luminary for the United Nations Women’s Peace & Humanitarian Fund and currently serves on the advisory board for Space for Humanity, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to space for all. She is also part of Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin Unite constellation of philanthropists.

Angelique holds a degree in international affairs from George Washington University. Originally from Baltimore and an avid Ravens fan, she now resides in Boca Raton, Florida, with her husband; 16-year-old twins, Chase and Brody; and their goldendoodle, Raven.
