Option A:
The Strategic Accelerator
This 90-day, fast-paced experience includes a discovery phase, strategy day, assessments, private strategy calls, eight weeks of email support, and more.
This option is perfect if you have one or two key issues you want to solve and, once it’s all laid out, you can take the wheel and go from there.
Option B:
Custom Consulting
While this option also includes one or more strategy days, it allows for longer-term support of six months to a year or more. We fully tailor all the components to you and your goals.
This option is ideal if you have significant growth goals, have many interlocking pieces to address, and want us side by side with you as you implement.
