“I would say how to structure the way I go to market. I think the old me was very ad hoc, unstructured, kind of fly by the seat of my pants, inconsistent. The new me is what systems am I implementing? What are the steps that I’m going to consistently do? Having some structure around how I grow my business and build my clientele.”
“I had to shift my mindset. This includes how I even schedule my time. I learned that my superpower is that people trust me and they’re willing to tell me their truth. Now I embrace the fact that I’m vulnerable and revealing.“
What has been the biggest noticeable change for you — in business or life?
“Well, for me, income creates freedom as well as confidence. You behave differently when your income is at a certain level, particularly in the details of how you manage your life. You’re not so “penny-tight”. Most importantly you begin to look at the bigger picture. I’m more in a position to make different choices around my time with loved ones. I am more deliberate about scheduling my off days on a consistent basis which impacts my happiness.”
